Through several test applied in a management skills course is reached the following results:



1. Communication
Ability to communicate is 22 points which mean that I have a good ability to communicate


2. Listening
I got 43 point so it means that I have a exellent ability to listening


3. Observation
My ability to observe is points 22 so it means that I have poor hability to observe


4. Feedback test
My average to give feedback is 68% and to recieve is 85% so I have a lot of hability to recieve information


5. Stress management


This test consists of three phases:
The first phase consists of events work, personal and family my result was 47 points


The second phase consists in susceptibility to stress personality and got as a resultincreased susceptibility to stress personality


Finally the third phase consisted of the physical and emotional effects of stress andstress level got a strong

Vision: be integrity person that has a job that enjoy myself and has a family with wife and children.

January 24 of 2012: I am studying Business Administration in a one of the most important university in the country and I have a excellent parents. I fell well myself with the things that I have and I do but I need a job to have my own money and be independent

January 2013: I have a good job that I enjoy with a comfortable salary

January 2014: I have a important place in a recognized enterprise.

January 2016: I am married with a beautiful women and I have a little daughter

January 2025: I am in the top of my job career and I have a happy family with two children, I have an excellent salary and I enjoy the life along with my family travelling around the world.
